RenoufTHE ROLE:The Manager, Global Training is accountable for developing, implementing and supporting the Talent Management global strategy of Herbalife. Specifically, they are responsible supporting for the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of strategies for Global Training (technical/development/compliance) function for an assigned area of responsibility. They will manage the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a global strategy for training, taking into consideration regional and local legal and statutory requirements within the new operating model.The Manager, Global Training will ensure tools and support required for successful implementation and management are provided to the team. They are an expert member of the Global Talent Management team and will provide leadership operational expertise and inspiration to their team focusing on continuous process improvement, quality, controls, risk mitigation and the ability to scale with the business growth. This position will understand the priorities, objectives and challenges of area of responsibility to be able to support defining the learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions.They will foster high ethical standards and align with the performance strategies ensuring functional goals are met. The Manager, Global Training will help implement and operationalize strategies to support the business in improving customer satisfaction, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness, achieving diversity and inclusion goals and meeting policy objectives.They will drive these efforts collaboratively with the business by establishing constructive partnerships with Global Business Services (GBS), Center of Excellence (COE), internal Herbalife clients and Regional Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to evolve the current delivery model and prepare for future global expansion.Responsibilities and tasks associated with the role- Responsible for conducting consultations, facilitating discussions, and supporting the analysis and identification of internal customers' learning needs. Leading the development of customized strategies and plans to address these needs effectively and efficiently.- Responsible for building positive, constructive relationships with internal customer groups/regions and delivering initiatives that are focused on Training and Onboarding, minimizing duplication and overlaps wherever possible.- Responsible for the set up (recruitment, transition and/or selection and training) of the Training and Onboarding team to deliver specified HR services to the function.- Lead the performance management, coaching, mentoring and support for direct report(s).- Partnering with all members of the Training and Onboarding team to support and drive all outputs of the Training and Onboarding function
