Have a strong background in talent acquisition, expertise in managing large-scale hiring campaigns, and a passion for building a workforce that aligns with our company culture and goals.**Responsibilities**:- High-Volume Recruitment Strategy- Leverage market research to identify hiring trends, competitor benchmarks, and target talent demographics.- Create campaigns tailored to seasonal and business-specific hiring surges.- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through job boards, social media, job fairs, community outreach, and partnerships with educational institutions.- Identify untapped sources of talent, including diverse and underrepresented groups, to meet hiring goals.- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they meet performance goals and provide exceptional service.- Collaborate with HR, operations, and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.Data-Driven Decision Making- Utilize metrics and analytics to measure the success of recruitment campaigns, track hiring progress, and identify areas for improvement.- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate results to leadership and key stakeholders.- Explore innovative tools such as AI-driven sourcing, chatbots, and virtual job fairs to enhance efficiency.- Compliance and Brand ManagementQualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring campaigns for hourly roles.- 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.- Expertise in sourcing strategies for hourly positions, including online and offline methods.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive results.- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to hourly workforce recruitment.- Fluent English
