**About us****Important company in the industrial building sector want you to join our team.**Through industry-leading innovation our company has forged a legacy of quality and safety since our founding.**Objective**Provide site specific safety orientation to all trades and contractors working on all company projects.**Responsibilities**- Provide assistance, to project and department management personnel to ensure compliance with all safety, accident, and fire programs, procedures and policies.- Thoroughly investigate all incidents, accidents, near misses that happen on the project and prepare a written report of findings.- Represent company in all OSHA compliance inspections.- Perform periodic jobsite inspections and prepare observation reports.- Review all safety documentation/reports for accuracy and completeness; ensure all required documents are forwarded to federal and state agencies per regulations and to company insurance carrier per their requirements.- Organize and implement the site safety recognition programs.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma.- Minimum of ten years of construction safety field experience required.- OSHA certification required.- Knowledge of the OSHA Regulations.- Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit Pre-Task Analysis for the Contractors.- Proficient written and oral communication skills.- Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Willingness to travel**What We Offer You**- A safe, inclusive environment where employees are valued for their contributions- Career planning, development & growthTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mesConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Contamos con todas las medidas necesarias
