.**Job Overview**:Manage, monitor and advise all matters related to the Safety, Health, Environment and Security. Appointed Health, Safety, Environmental and Security Management Representative for the duration of projects.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:- Familiarization with all company and project specific HSES terms, requirements and project deliverables.- Identification of applicable regulatory requirements specific to the scope of work including monitoring compliance.- Ensuring HSES plans, procedures and instructions are developed and implemented- Identification and assignment of appropriate HSES resources and development- Facilitation of project HAZID's and other risk reviews- Preparation and maintenance of Project Risk Register and Corrective Action Tracking- HSES Prequalification of project subcontractors and vendors as applicable- Preparation of project HSES audit plans and conducting of audits- Conducting reviews and audits of vessels, facilities or projects- Preparation and maintenance of Project HSES Activity Plans- Preparation of HSES performance reports and submission of same to HSES Functional Lead- Initiation of HSES training needs analysis and coordination of implementation- Provide SME support to company QHSES training department to include development and delivery- Developing and overseeing plans to meet project Objectives, Targets and Goals aligned to the Area- Leading or participating as SME in Incident Investigations and reporting- Providing HSES input into look ahead plans and reports based on project schedule- Providing HSES input to MOC's and Lessons Learned- Review/Approve subcontractors and vendors for equipment and services- Conduct regular site or facility reviews- Attend and provide input to forums such as kick off meetings, constructability reviews, readiness reviews, etc.- Other duties connected with the HSES function, as directed by Manager or Senior Manager, HSES.- Responsible to familiarize with QHSES Policies and procedures and ensure that all work related are done in a safe manner. Actively participate in all QHSES Initiatives and Programs.**Essential Qualifications and Education**:- Degree in Safety Management- 10+ years within the Energy Industry through all phases of EPCI project delivery- Extensive functional, business, industry and leadership expertise.- Conversant with local and international HSES laws, regulations and norms- Professional Membership of relevant institutions - QHSES- Have wide experience with technical activities, including on and offshore operations
