.Overview:Recruiter: Montserrat TavaresPosition reports to: José BermudezSTATEMENT:This position will be responsible for the operation and performance of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). The incumbent will manage GSOC functions and personnel including monitoring, alerts, warnings, notification, response, and investigations by integrating multiple sources including CCTV, access controls, alarms, GPS tracking, and other technology tools. Select, train, and develop GSOC operators to use analytical skills, tools, and technology to assess and respond to threats, disruptions, and incidents; support affected business units; and notify and activateincident management. Proactively manage GSOC Operators including monitoring, evaluating, and coaching.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Develop and improve policies, procedures, and standards for the GSOC. Develop, implement, and update country, region, and worldwide Policies, Procedures, and standards for the Global Security Operations Center2. Implement GSOC technology program (coordinate an integrated suite of tools and technology).3. Train, performance management, and professional development of GSOC Operators.4. Coordinate GSOC support of the Worldwide travel safety program, incident management program, risk mitigation strategies, and exercises.5. Manage security equipment, technology and other resources that support GSOC operations.6. Provide specialized expertise, guidance, and training on the company's security policies, procedures, and practices.7. Manage and continuously improve technology solutions and procedures anchored at the GSOC in the areas of loss prevention/mitigation (cargo theft), centralized monitoring, threats and warnings, and business intelligence.8. Prepare contracts, budgets, and oversee Security Vendor agreements.Job Qualifications:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**Skills**:- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and management skills- Demonstrated experience resolving problems during critical incidents- Demonstrated experience with investigation protocols and conducting investigations- Strong analytical skills and background- Ability to work with mínimal supervision- Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that motivates colleagues- Ability to integrate technology solutions to achieve program goals- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Valid Passport - 15% travel intra Mexico, 5% travel outside MexicoLanguages:- Native in Spanish.- Intermediate level English**Experience**:- At least 4 years of project management, system administration, operation center, or security maintenance experience related to security systems, operations, or intelligence
