This role in summary
As the IAM SAP GRC Manager, you will have full operational responsibility of Whirlpool's global SAP GRC platform. You will also be a control owner responsible for periodic execution of SOX access-related controls and demonstrating full compliance to internal and external audit. You will provide end user system support for SAP GRC. Finally, you will contribute to the overall IAM strategy and be responsible for the SAP GRC roadmap, change management, and collaborating/managing system upgrades.
Your responsibilities will include
Assume full end-to-end operational ownership of SAP GRC platform, including Dev, QA, and Production;
Have thorough knowledge of SAP GRC 12.0 Access Controls, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), Business Role Management (BRM), Access Request Management (ARM), User Access Review (UAR), Ruleset methodology, batch job scheduling, MSMP workflow creation/maintenance, and SPRO configuration.;
Partner with offshore vendor security teams to ensure daily operational SAP GRC activities are performed, including checking and following up on Firefighter Log compliance;
Support Internal and External auditors by gathering and documenting required information as part of their Audit Testing and walk-throughs;
Collaborate with SAP Security team counterparts to assess new custom transaction codes being introduced in Whirlpool SOX systems and update the GRC Global Ruleset as required;
Serve as SOX control owner for user access review, segregation of duties, and privileged access management controls. Execute controls and engage appropriate Whirlpool personnel to perform all required activities. Perform all follow-ups until control execution is successfully completed;
Coordinate and configure all required satellite system connectivity with SAP GRC, including adding new connections/configuration and disabling obsolete connections/configuration;
Perform and document UAT testing for all changes impacting SAP GRC landscape, including changes to SAP GRC itself, IGA, SAP cloud platform, or other systems integrated with GRC.
Own overall change management for SAP GRC production system and perform all necessary functional validations for changes typically occurring during off-hours tech windows.
Work with the Basis team in planning and supporting SAP GRC upgrades to keep software current and reduce overall environment risk.
Liaise with third party support vendors for SAP GRC activities, including batch job support, Basis, infrastructure, Onapsis security patches, and Linux patches or upgrades.
Minimum requirements
Be extremely detailed and process-oriented with a security-aware mindset and strive for continuous improvement;
Be a strong team player and work well with cross-functional teams and people throughout all levels of the organization;
Have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or information systems;
10+ years of experience in SAP GRC Access Controls;
5+ years of experience with Security governance practices and IAM Policy/Document preparation;
2+ years of experience in project management and leading RFP engagements;
2+ years of experience as a control owner working with internal and external audit for audit assurance;
Fluent in English.
Preferred skills and experiences
Hold SAP GRC certifications;
Have a good hands-on experience/understanding of SAP Security for all SAP systems (ABAP, UME, HANA DB..etc);
Experience with role-based access controls (RBAC) for provisioning, establishing team-based roles and assigning them entitlements;
Experience implementing S/4 Hana and Fiori rules in a customized SAP GRC Ruleset;
Experience implementing and working with SAP GRC Process Controls;
Working knowledge of IBM IGA tool.
