.Position Summary:Seeking an experienced, high-energy Customer Care Manager with a continuous improvement mindset to lead a team of Customer Care Representatives servicing N.A. OEM RRX Climate Solutions customers.Major Responsibilities:- Champion RRX values: integrity, responsibility, diversity & inclusion, customer success, innovation with purpose, continuous improvement, performance and a passion to win, all with a sense of urgency- Drive KPI's with team through regular reviews; deploy countermeasures where necessary- Support the introduction of CRM to the Customer Care function for consolidating and tracking customer communications- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding activities necessary for meeting sales goals- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet the needs of the customer- Lead & identify department projects or events (kaizens) focused on process improvement- Mentor and develop customer care representatives- Ensure adoption of department procedures, policies and standards- Support business sales goals and 80/20 initiatives- Supervise day-to-day operations of the customer care department- Poke Yoke all processes to minimize errors or disruptions to supply- Act as a point of escalation for internal and external customers- Develop video trainings around processes and products to further knowledge of team- Collaborate with Sr. Customer Care Mgr to streamline internal processes within the function across RRXDesired Education / Experience / Skills:- 7+ years experience as a Customer Care Manager in a fast-paced environment- 5+ years industry experience- Passion for overserving the customer while driving business results- Exceptional track record leading a team to exceed goals and objectives- Known for developing and implementing improvements to processes and/or systems- Proven ability to mentor and develop customer care representatives- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Recognized by peers as ambitious, energetic, organized & highly motivated- Experience with a CRM system, PowerBI & Oracle ERP- Advanced user of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, Teams)- Ability to initiate and build relationships at all levels and functions within customer and RRX organizations- Enjoys working with a technical product servicing multiple industries- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experienceTravel:15% travel to RRX and customer locations in North America**Language**:Fluent in both Spanish and EnglishAbout Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord Corporation ("Regal Rexnord") is a leading manufacturer of electric motors, electrical motion controls, power generation and mechanical power transmission products and sub-systems, serving customers around the world in the general industrial, consumer, commercial construction, food & beverage, and alternative energy end markets, among others.
