Responsibilities
- Work with functional leaders from business in designing and implementing data analysis and visualizations
- Identify data needs and work with Master Data leaders in creation and maintenance of data sets. Work closely with Master Data Management teams in standardizing data fields and governance
- Work with Business Intelligence team in designing and publish business critical data sets required for consumption in data visualization dashboards
- Lead the implementation of data analysis technical framework and best practices
- Manage data analytics team bandwidth and work load. Negotiate priorities with business leaders and ensure business continuity
- Responsible for staff augmentation in data analytics team
- Champion data analysis best practices and standardization of data visualizations
**Skills**:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Science or comparable professional experience
- Verbal and writing communication skills. Strong people skills
- Experience working with Analytics and data visualization tools, working experience with Power BI is desired
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain systems or ERPs, experience working with Oracle E-Business is a plus
- Cross functional knowledge of a manufacturing business is strongly desired (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Customer Service)
- Experience designing and implementing ETL processes
- Experience in Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Conversational English skills is a must
- Experience managing a team of data analysts
- ML knowledge is a plus
- Data Warehouse knowledge is a plus
- Leadership and negotiation skills
- Travel 10%
