As National Traditional Sales Manager you will be part of the strategic growth channels to position our hardware brands.
You will report to the comercial area.

**Main Responsibilities**
- You will serve and lead existing customers, develop new accounts for the hardware store portfolio and build the hardware store expansion plan.
- You will implement tactical actions and manage productive interaction with multiple responsibilities of the organization to improve the service level of our area.
- Develop a strategy, monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth goals. You will seek and identify innovation actions for the channel.
- Participate by providing input in defining product portfolio, volume, clients and targets for core families.
- Plan and lead sales area to achieve the agreed goals: volume, market share performance and other relevant Goals following priorities. Identify the implementation of business strategy at hardware stores channel.
- Follow up on results and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and sponsor top talent in the organization
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, desirable in hardware categories or FMCG companies.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience category development, key accounts, marketing and finance.
- 5+ years of experience developing a strategy, monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth goals.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading diverse teams.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree desirable: Business, Mkg, International Business.
