Manage performance of Production Supervisors2.
Is responsible for achieving production goals by model3.
Is responsible for the efficiency of direct and indirect work4.
Is responsible for administration and labor requirements5.
It is responsible for the control of the overtime of direct and indirect labor6.
It is responsible for the reduction and control of waste material (scrap)7.
Share responsibility with Quality Control and Manufacturing Engineers for Quality and FPY goals8.
Is responsible for communicating machinery, equipment and tooling needs to the Manufacturing Engineer9.
It is responsible for safety, order and cleanliness in productive areas10.
It is responsible for keeping the work instructions and procedures related to the quality system (ISO-9000) updated.Qualifications:- Industrial Engineering Career completed- 10 Years Experience in manufacturing environment- English 85%- Assembly Processes, Line Balancing, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis to Problem Solving.- Leadership and Supervision,- Excellent human relations,- Excellent ability to communicate at all levels,- Ability to work in a team.
