The role is based in Amersfoort to work together with a very international global L&D team. The role is our learning partner to our Corporate Functions and our global supply chain. It will also design and continuous improvement on our global learning offers, and orchestrate our global functional academies.This role is dedicated to our global corporate functions to provide end-to-end learning solutions. Based on our learning needs analysis, this position will play a role to present our global programs offering to the learning request and also overarching our global functional academies.This position will play a key strategic learning partner role to our global supply chain as well to have a depth knowledge on supply chain community's request and learning needs.Working in our global Learning and Development team of our People & Growth HR functions, the global L&D team is transforming our end-to-end learning solutions to cater for our business needs and be more learner centric.
