.Overview:Job Qualifications:Supervisory Responsibilities1. Manages and oversees the daily operations of a group of fraud analysts.2. Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering risk/ fraud loss programs.3. Develops and implements fraud policies and procedures to achieve an overall acceptable fraud rate on credit and debit card transactions.4. Review and research daily reports to identify suspicious/fraudulent activity across all delivery channels (i.E. Debit, Credit Card).5. Identify high-risk transactions and respond timely to mitigate potential losses by placing holds, restricting accounts, and rerouting shipments.6. Ensure the timely review and approval of orders, balancing the need for security and our customers purchasing experience.7. Create and maintain effective process-documentation related to all Fraud Operations functions.8. Monitor, identify, and communicate risk trends. Provide analytics, insights and recommendations to the Director of Treasury & Risk Management.9. Build iterative business rules to prevent fraud losses.10. Manages analysis of transactional records and databases to determine fraud trends and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.11. Create and maintain metrics for measuring the success of fraud systems and analysts.12. Continuously review and improve Operations processes, including collecting feedback from the team, independently identifying areas of friction or losses and designing solution.13.
