.**Resumes must be in English****GENERAL SUMMARY**- The Manager, Marketing supports Global Marketing and the_I Prefer_ Hotel Rewards program, with focus on the Latin American market.The Manager, Marketing interprets the global marketing strategy, and develops and implements plans and tactics to drive room nights and revenue into member hotels, and enrollments, member engagement and hotel engagement with the_I Prefer _program.Primary areas of responsibility include:- B2B and B2C engagement across digital and offline channels- Implementation, management, and tracking of promotions and marketing campaigns- Building and executing tactics to educate hotels in the _I Prefer_ program and benefits, and encourage their support of the program on-property- Support for internal teams to communicate marketing strategies and results back to hotels**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP**- Under the general supervision of the Global Director, Marketing and the Senior Director, Loyalty Marketing & Insights, the Manager works closely with all marketing and communications disciplines, Regional Executive Vice Presidents and Directors, Revenue Management, Sales, and customer service. The Manager will also have frequent contact with member hotels.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Contribute to the development, planning, selling and implementation of cooperative marketing programs to drive revenue into hotels- Execute global and regional Marketing campaigns, including loyalty acquisition and engagement campaigns- Measure against key performance indicators and improve the effectiveness of the marketing activity through analysis of campaign results, consumer insight, and best practice benchmarks. Manage internal and hoteliers communication on program results and value to hotels- Partner with Loyalty Operations on B2B communication materials and cadence and support in the execution of the _I Prefer _Planner program- Oversee the hotel collateral program and other on-property opportunities to build _I Prefer _program awareness and strengthen engagement- Support the marketing relationship with hotels for the region including onboarding new member hotels, and ongoing business reviews- Work closely with the Global Director of Partnerships to develop new regional partnerships- Other duties and responsibilities assigned as needed; not limited to the tasks above**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Hospitality experience a plus- Loyalty experience a plus- Analytical skills with ability to assess data and form recommendations- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Desired languages: English and Spanish- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time, as well as excellent organizational skills- Ability to solve problems when needed and be innovative in various situations- Educated to degree level or show a similar level of professional development- This position will consist of 10-20% travel outside the office
