Protection is our primary concern as millions of people around the world depend on Ansell in their professional and personal lives.**GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION**:The Marketing Manager Olac will develop and execute Marketing strategy for the Channel Distributors, NPD set-up and Portfolio Management across OLAC region.Note: Olac refers to Other Latin-American Markets without include Mexico & BrazilAdditionally, The Marketing Manager Olac will coordinate digital marketing activations; this includes but is not limited to the following activities to support the Channel, Retail & Digital strategy:- Forecasting and Budget working with sales- Channel specific programs - Implement and managing branding and marketing campaigns that promote products. Plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital and social networking space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.- Build out Ansell's e-commerce Distributor efforts to connect end user options- Share key learnings and best practices with SBU- Develop Ansell Digital Marketing strategy with key customers and end users- Partner with agency to develop a strategic digital plan to support local initiatives; channels to focus include marketing automation, paid search, social & display while partnering with LAC Digital Marketing Team.- Manage daily projects - liaise with Sales and/or external vendors to ensure timely execution of activities based on project plans**RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**Contribute to OLAC strategy with the aim of improving the overall customer and end user experience:- OLAC marketing strategy- o Portfolio Management- o Pricing strategy and management- o Manage A&P budget and expenses- o Incentive programs to Distributors- o Lead, develop and execute Promotional plan and Distributor rewards program- o Collateral Materials (Giveaways & traditional material)- o Work to build Retail and Vending development efforts in collaboration with Distributors and internal channel team- Implement strategy for Ansell Digital transformation that target specific channels & Distributor needs- o Content Material development- Create or adapt guides (Hazards campaigns)- Landing pages (follow up, review, update)- o Manage Agency relationship to develop digital strategy that support the local initiatives.- Social media posts- o Maintain our social media presence in Distributors web pages**Primary Location**: Mexico-Queretaro**Job**: Marketing**Organization**: Commercial Americas**Schedule**: Full-time**Job Type**: Standard**Job Level**: Manager**Job Posting**: Nov 19, 2024, 8:27:49 AM
