RIGHT NOW.**Title**: Manager Material Flow Production Planning & Control**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León IJD Monterrey**Function**: Operations**Main Responsibilities**:Manages the material flow and movement strategy to support variable build levels in alignment with enterprise processes. Manages the planning and execution of the production plan that best meets customer demand, taking into account factors such as available capacity and supplied part availability, etc. Develops and executes plans for managing inventory. Supports new product development initiatives. Coordinates with Supply Management, Order Fulfillment and Manufacturing Engineering functional areas to improve asset utilization, capacity planning, material availability and internal material logistics. This is a single-incumbent job at a small manufacturing unit as characterized by 1 - 3 product lines within a single platform, 1 - 3 manufacturing processes at a Complete Goods unit, 1 to 5 demand streams, i.E., complete goods, service parts, inter-factory, etc., and average net sales up to $400M.**What Skills You Need**:- Provides leadership, management and continuous improvements in safety, cost, quality, delivery and efficiency of the processes, products or business processes in the area of responsibility.- Manages the internal flow of material to support the production schedule.- Manages distribution, development of material, machines and labor demand. Develops a material requirement planning system based on factory manufacturing schedules.
