Responsibilities- Gaining commitment from the key stakeholders by engaging them in all phases of continuous improvement initiatives; Analyzing stakeholders'feedback to identify further improvement opportunities.- Identifying potential areas that can be improved through various methods including lean methodologies, analyzing cost structures and workflows, and value stream mapping.- Planning and managing continuous improvement projects and initiatives by defining project objectives and aligning them with business goals; - Researching and communicating continuous improvement best practices across the industry, promoting a continuous improvement mindset within the team.Pay: $115,000.00 - $117,000.00 per month
