.DescriptionPosition Summary:This position drives critical member and supplier behaviors that maximize adoption and core benefits associated with AD programs. This individual will work closely with divisional leadership to develop and execute initiatives that educate and inspire members to utilize AD programs/resources to operate more efficiently and grow their business with AD suppliers. This position will support the development and ongoing execution of member and supplier programs, develop key metrics, and implement analytics to manage program performance and success.Primary Responsibilities:Work closely with division leadership to develop and execute program strategy for driving core growth and analyze and report on member and supplier partner performance.Start-up planning and close onboarding of new members and new suppliers. Look to maximize the AD membership and benefits from the beginning.Coordinate and participate in the semestral business reviews. Coordinate and follow up on the actions requested from both Members and Suppliers.Support the Division's Market Planning & Conversion Campaign program to drive member participation, grow participation rate, and deliver supplier satisfaction.Responsible for managing the Purchase Power Survey process for the division.Analyze, track, and drive the behavior of growth incentive programs.Assist in the production of divisional and business unit dashboards for board and governance meetings.Support efforts to educate members on the benefits of AD membership and the behaviors that drive those benefits.Advise members on best practices for maximizing the benefits of cornerstone AD programs.Handle all other tasks and projects as assigned to help contribute to the continued success and development of the Division.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Financial acumen and ability to understand and report on key divisional metrics.Demonstrates the necessary drive for achieving goals.Uses and relies on independent judgment to plan, execute, and ensure timely and quality completion and delivery of implementation tasks.Team Player and Leadership – Adept in leading by example via actions that are consistently in the best interests of AD's members and supplier partners.Persuasion – Strong ability to persuade others to complete tasks and provide information.Implementation/Execution – The ability to consistently drive superior results within areas of accountability.Communication – Adept at interacting with all levels of the organization.Strategy Execution - The ability to understand the strategy and align one's work in support of strategic objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related area of Business Administration or engineering. MBA is preferred but not required.5-7 years of work experience in a related field or at least 3 years of experience in or in support of the distribution industry.Expert-level Excel competencies and proficiency in data management
