**Your dayto day**Job Summary- Responsible for delivering an integrated campaign marketing approach to effectively connect with guests at all stages of the travel journey.
To develop and manage marketing plans across all paid, owned and earned channels to drive brand engagement and increase commercial revenue.Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Develop, communicate and/or implement marketing plans which detail the objectives, goals, strategies, measures and tactics for the assigned marketing segment, and which builds into the overall annual brand plans.
Develop processes and delivery systems for all programs and initiatives that result in a continuous improvement of actual performance versus strategy.- Lead the development and execution of marketing programs, promotions and communications for assigned portfolio of brands.- Lead advertising and communications activities in line with the agreed strategy & priorities.
Develop needs-based, non-traditional campaigns and communications which are fresh, creative and brand supportive to the specific brand audiences.- Lead and direct all internal and external agency and media partners to develop and execute all paid, owned and earned channels in support of IHG's brand and revenue goals.- Develop and track project budgets and maintain precise status of spending, commitments and projections, including program/promotion pro-formas.- Review performance data against project plan, summarize and comment regarding program effectiveness and recommendations.- Identify potential Loyalty Marketing solutions to address regional business issues.
**What we need from you**Experience -**- 8+ Years progressive work related experience with demonstrated understanding of multiple business processes related to the position including targeted and broad-based consumer omni-channel marketing and promotions.- Track record in successfully developing and maintaining excellent working relationships across all functions at all levels to ensure maximum benefit from cross-functional synergies, especially Sales & Revenue, Brand Management, Guest Marketing.
