Salary Range: 600k MXN, OTE 790k MXN / Year
Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) MatchUnlimited PTOCommuter BenefitsMental Health BenefitsWellness BenefitsHealthAdvocate ServicesTeladoc ServicesCitiBike MembershipEssential Functions & Responsibilities Manage the Customer Success Manager team to ensure that each team member can succeedBring the energy to the team at weekly meetings and training sessions - Setting the Tone!Hire, train, coach, and develop a team of customer success managersBuild a team that wins, has fun, and lives DearDoc's Core ValuesMotivate and inspire the team to execute our customer success strategyDrive the team towards key performance metricsMonitor and identify adoption, maturity, and growth trends for the team and customers to inform Senior LeadershipManage the team to conduct periodic Owner Business Review Calls and review customer health scores with an emphasis on customers' success with DearDoc productsIdentify customer needs and ensure customer success with special emphasis on expansion, adoption, and renewalsPartner with the Sales organization to engage in pre-sales activities for high value opportunitiesContribute to the overall vision and strategy of the Customer Success organizationProvide operational oversight of the business to deliver on targets and KPIsLeading an international remote team at a constantly changing startupSkills & Background Minimum of 3 years experience in a revenue-driven customer success or account management roleMinimum 2 years experience in people management for a team with revenue targets, preferably in a start-up or SaaS companyExcellent communication skills both with customers and within an organizationStrong track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing long-term software solutionsStrong track record of defining and executing against key performance indicatorsAbility to build trust and rapport with customer success managersAbility to challenge team members and be challenged to achieve team goalsProactive interest to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationshipsComfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor, on-site with customers (future)Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise CS operations preferredManaging a remote team preferredPrevious experience in a fast growing startup environmentResilient and hardworking (GRIT)A positive, polite, confident, sincere and friendly dispositionThe ability to solve problems & to think dynamicallyAdaptability – we're growing and evolving, and the rocket ship is about to take offAbility to think differentlyTeam PlayerDearDoc, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
