Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone!Job Summary:The Manager Sales Specialists Latin America, is in charge of driving profitable growth in end user business related to Engineered Pumps, Industrial Pumps, Hydraulic Deco units, Compressor seals and Compressor seal conditioning systems within the Latin America region (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Central America, Mexico, Venezuela and Ecuador).Responsibilities and Requirements:- Work closely with end users to technically influence key product features within technical specifications and provide project negotiation strategy to maximize the value proposition of Flowserve products.- Oversee the group of centrifugal pump sales specialists, compressor seal specialists and Hydraulic cutting system specialists, making the necessary changes to the expected focus of attention resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and increase in the company's business portfolio.- Detect opportunities for improvement in the Flowserve product portfolio in API 610 centrifugal pumps, API 676 positive displacement, compressor seals, air conditioning systems according to API 692, Hydraulic Decoquification products, among others, driving research and development programs for new products.- Search for mechanical, hydraulic or instrumentation upgrade projects that increase the reliability of equipment and operating systems in the main customer facilities in the region.- Work with customer Engineering, Operations and Maintenance departments to develop upgrades to compressor sealing systems, centrifugal pump improvements and hydraulic cutting equipment, aligned with the global technical service team and sales organization to coordinate projects and key customer account development.- Prepare recommendations with respect to technical issues on key customer issues and solutions.- Technically assist the various pumping and hydraulic cutting system specialty groups in the region by promoting technical presentations, trainings, seminars and forums that enhance the understanding of operation and maintenance of equipment supplied by Flowserve.Preferred Experience / Skills:- Mechanical / Industrial Engineer or related careers.- Knowledge of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps
