**Eaton's Vehicle Group is seeking a Business Team Leader in the new Aguascalientes, Mexico location.
****Primary Function**:This position is based at our Aguascalientes - Parque Finsa facility.The Production Line Manager is responsible for manage production activities and resources per established practices and/or policies within their operation area to ensure the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations.
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive employee relationship environment by adherence to Eaton's values, ethics and philosophies.

Establishes product line inventory levels and controls inventory to the established goals.J.
Works with plant staff in establishing the strategic plan for the facility.K.
Builds organizational capability to support a high-performance culture.L.
