**ROLE MISSION**You will play a critical role in driving growth for Launch Potato's Credit Card vertical, a key revenue and strategic focus for the business.
This position takes ownership of managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Discovery/Demand Gen.
Through data-driven strategies and creative solutions, you will directly impact our ability to achieve ambitious growth goals while maintaining profitability and market leadership.
**OUTCOMES**- **Campaign Performance Mastery (First 30 Days)**:Take full ownership of pacing, performance, and reporting for all campaigns within a critical business vertical.
Ensure alignment with KPIs and business objectives.- **Data-Driven Reporting (First 60 Days)**: Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing campaign data and presenting findings to stakeholders.- **Optimization Strategies (First 90 Days)**:Drive measurable improvements in CTR, ROAS, and margins through advanced testing and data-driven adjustments to keywords, audiences, and creative assets.- **Sub-Vertical Expansion (By 6 Months)**:Launch campaigns for new sub-verticals, driving scalability and incremental revenue growth.- **Expert Leadership (By Year 1)**:Demonstrate expertise in managing advertising campaigns, achieving year-over-year profitability growth, and aligning cross-functional efforts to meet strategic objectives.
