This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organization whilst being instrumental in the growth of the People Consulting team.Your Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow the HR Transformation capability within the business; develop strong relations with global practices; achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration.Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management.
Manage engagement risk, project economics, manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting.Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance HRT offering within the practice.Coach and guide the team to deliver high-quality deliverables to clients.
These deliverables vary across RFX responses, assessment report-outs, HR strategy design, process flows, project plans, etc.Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HRT service areas to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance.Perform the role of counselor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team.Implement strong people practices and policies; provide counseling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development, performance management, and career growth.Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project counterparts across global locations.
