**Manager Physical Security**Mexico CityThe Salesforce Physical Security Operations team works diligently to protect our people, spaces, and brand.
We are seeking a high-performing, experienced, passionate, and trustworthy professional who is interested in taking an active role in supporting the on site activities of Salesforce in Mexico City as well as the surrounding metro area.The Physical Security Manager is an office based role.
This position will report to the Senior Manager, Physical Security Operations, AMER West, LATAM & HQ, and be responsible for the continued development and implementation of a comprehensive physical security program.Managing and mentoring high-performing security professionals located in, LATAM regionsDeveloping and maintaining effective relationships with key internal partners such as Real Estate & Workplace Services, Health & Safety, Resilience, Executive leadership, functional business areas, and regional/site leadershipImplementing operations consistent with global security standards and direct enforcement of those standards when necessaryEffective and consistent coordination of efforts necessary for implementing both long and short-term security operations objectivesPlanning, directing, and driving event security for small to medium-sized in-region / on-campus events and supporting large public-facing events in-region when necessaryAssist with managing the regional security budget and associated contracts, resources, and vendors, including scheduling quarterly business reviews, capturing metrics, and reporting on Key Performance IndicatorsCreating an environment where our people feel safe and confident in our ability to protect themDelivering results through teamworkChampioning Salesforce values with a passion for diversity and inclusionOther duties as assigned by the manager
