Track and report project progress vs project plan deliverables.Prepare and maintain updated job descriptions ensuring functions are aligned with processes and procedures.Hire and work with group to improve their skills and competencies, using feedback, coaching, motivation, and mentoring techniques, and with HR resolve compliance, safety, integrity concerns, or grievances within group.Implement associate development tools, including objective setting and the performance review process as well as ensure associate training needs are identified and met.Ensure the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of effective, efficient, and common processes, procedures, and methodologies.Ensure high quality designs released on time for customer group.Lead and coordinate resolution to program engineering cross-customer group issues.Lead USOEM Engineering interface to customer.RequirementsBachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.At least 7 years of automotive experience.At least 3 years of supervisory role experience.Strong leadership skills.SAP, MS Office, and design interfaces advanced management.Availability to travel as required (10-15% yearly).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Financial skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
