Manager, Product/Project Engineering

**Visión general**:Facilitating and executing major projects and initiatives.Provide overall project management across functions. Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve successful execution of projects, ensuring delivery on-time, within scope and budget.**Responsabilidades**:PMP/PMO Certified; Preferred College degree and background in construction or civil engineering; Proven work experience executing project in excess of $ 250,000; Proven work experience managing multiple projects at the same time; strong experience managing vendors and contractors; excellent upward and downward facing communication skills; Comprehensive knowledgeof MS Project and other primary PMO tools to manage and track projects; ability to create comprehensive spread sheets, diagrams and process maps; ability to read and understand architectural drawings and utilize AutoCad program; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task; bilingual - fluid in English/Spanish; ability to develop comprehensive project Charters and define stakeholder roles. Must be able to create project dashboards and reports that regularly summarize cost/budget, schedule, progress and issues requiring direction. Must be able to travel 2 - 3 weeks per month throughout Mexico and USA.
