Tus responsabilidades Leading and facilitating in-depth Value Stream Analysis events to identify and address process inefficiencies, thereby equipping business unit leadership with a robust project pipeline for ongoing improvement initiatives.Monitoring and leading Continuous Improvement Events to drive efficiency and performance advances.Delivering training for Yellow Belts and providing support to the Master Black Belt during Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt training.Mentoring and coaching Yellow and Green Belts practitioners on site, not only to help them achieve certification, but also to foster skill development and career advancement.Executing a minimum of two Black Belt projects each year, designed to significantly enhance operational productivity and efficiency, with the goal of achieving substantial cost savings.Collaborating with finance to validate project cost savings, in accordance with the country's cost savings governance guidelines. Tus habilidades y experencias Master or Degree in process of Quality of Productivity system Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodology from a recognized institution. This training should include mentorship, coaching, and certification conducted by a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Advanced English - fluently Experience +5 years: Strong leadership abilities coupled with robust problem-solving and project management skills.Logistics 3PL or 4PL experience.Experience with cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Experience in a project management role.
