Deliveringtraining for Yellow Belts and providing support to the Master Black Belt duringLean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt training: 4. Mentoring andcoaching Yellow and Green Belts practitioners on site, not only to help themachieve certification, but also to foster skill development and careeradvancement.5. Executing aminimum of two Black Belt projects each year, designed to significantly enhanceoperational productivity and efficiency, with the goal of achieving substantialcost savings.6.
