Open Position: Project Delivery Manager We are now searching for a Project Delivery Manager to join our LA&C (Latin America and Canada) Operations Customer Service (OCS) group!
In this role, you will be a focal point for program / project management, strategy definition, and performance management across the Supply Chain organisation in the region, working collaboratively with our global and regional Strategy and Performance Delivery (S&PD) teams and multi-functionally to bring real impact.

Your 'Day to Day' Lead highly complex projects end-to-end, from definition through to completion, applying and adhering to all Project / Program / Portfolio Management best practices to ensure successful project completion. Full ownership of project management methods and standard processes, including usage of tools and setting gold standards. e.g., ePPM. Provide tools to develop project and program management capability, identify potential gaps and suggest development plans. Own the PMO office, thoroughly and regularly supervising projects to enable and increase effectiveness of the monthly PMO review with regional leadership team. Resolve complex project related issues by analysing, identifying, and facilitating recommendations to achieve the best solutions. Drive transparent communication to influence and coordinate for the success of projects by presenting project status and health reports to partners and senior management on a regular basis, ensuring continuous business justification, business support, risk management and governance are accurately applied. Contribute to business justification of projects and programs by managing scope, benefit-risk analysis, budget and resource requirements to advise and enable management to make decisions that meet long term strategies. Lead the OCS Region yearly masterplan and it's 90-day plan, supervising the completion and highlighting risks to upper management. Ensure visibility of resource allocation and utilization across the portfolio of the function. Lead the strategy development, deployment, and the tracking of the productivity for LA&C by collaborating with each market to understand opportunities, document projects, and track delivery. Who We're Looking For College or University Bachelors level degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Sciences, or similar related field. 5+ years of confirmed experience within a Supply Chain position, in which Project, Program and/or Portfolio Management has been a core responsibility. Proven experience of effectively operating in a constantly evolving, multi-national company and matrix organization. Good analytical ability, data visualization skills and dashboard (PBI or Tableau) creation experience. Understanding of business operations and procedures, preferably critical Supply Chain metrics and industry knowledge. Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative business partnering skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Strong stakeholder management, story-telling and influencing skills.
