Leading a team of Project Specialists you will manage the performance, development and growth of your team members while maintaining a positive, results orientated work environment. Your successful team will allow you to meet project team, client and business needs to have all projects optimally resourced with suitably experienced staffIn order to succeed in this role you will have significant line management experience as well as a background in project management. Preference will be given to those with knowledge and experience in Clinical research.
