Resumen de Posición:
Quality Assurance Managers help companies establish quality regulations for products and processes. They must analyze data in order to develop plans to recruit, motivate, and encourage employees while striving to improve processes and product quality.
Responsabilidades Esenciales:
Design, implement and improve company quality standards.
Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
Assist in the recruiting process.
Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
Create reports to track progress.
Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.
Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.
Analyze Warranty claims and provide adequate solution to customer.
Developing quality control processes.
Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.
Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.
Evaluating final output of products to determine their quality.
Rejecting products that fail quality standards.
Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback.
Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
Evaluating product recalls.
Improving processes efficiency and managing waste.
Requisitos del Puesto:

**Engineering degree or similar**
**CREDENTIALS OR CERTIFICATIONS**:
**Quality engineer Certification**
**ISO requirements qualification**
**EXPERIENCE**:
5 years' experience in supervision and quality positions
