Identify any performance gaps within team members and put a plan in place to order to address concerns and improve performanceEnsure all Recruitment Coordinators are set up for success from Day 1.
Leverage global onboarding material in order to set clear expectations as to what is required in order to be successful in the RC role at SalesforceProject Management:Act as Regional RCM Sponsor for one of four global committeesEnsure Committee projects align to Global RC team objectives and that global perspective is taken into account at all stages of the project lifecycleDetermine when a project taskforce is required and resource members accordingly
