This role provides a unique opportunity to innovate and execute on new ideas that will help streamline the recruitment process and enhance both the internal & external candidate experience.The Manager will successfully oversee a team of recruiting coordinators across our LATAM region, drive the development and implementation of recruiting best practices, hire, onboard, and train new recruiting coordinators, and utilize reports and metrics to measure success and productivity.
This role will require partnering closely with Recruiters and their leadership team to ensure they are receiving outstanding support from the coordination team and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.Responsibilities:Team Management:Conduct 1:1 meetings with each direct report to provide guidance, feedback and supportAddress Recruiting Coordinators' queries and challenges, ensuring timely resolutionsCoach team members to enhance their performance and professional growth in line with their career aspirations and development goalsLead with an inspiring culture mindset.
Identify any performance gaps within team members and put a plan in place to address concerns and improve performanceEnsure all Recruitment Coordinators are set up for success from Day 1.
Leverage global onboarding material to set clear expectations for success in the RC role at SalesforceProject Management:Act as Regional RCM Sponsor for one of four global committeesEnsure Committee projects align to Global RC team objectives and that a global perspective is taken into account at all stages of the project lifecycleDetermine when a project taskforce is required and resource members accordingly
