**OBJECTIV**E
Business Administration & Operational Management will participate in business activities, supporting Senior Managers with BAU & non-BAU activities, cyclical work pieces such as Daily, Monthy, Quarter Annual Regulatory Reporting and short term initiatives.
They are located in BAU teams and would report to a Senior Manager and may have direct reports.
This job is not client facing and does not have any portfolios.
Those employees fulfilling a Project Management & Business Risk Administration are expected to possess knowledge of strategic planning, communication, and develompment on new processes people, management processes, work with various disciplinary groups.
The key tasks will include some or all of the following:
- Assisting with the execution of Regulatory business initiatives.
- Participate and support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning
- Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums and stakeholder feedback.
- Support in forums and committees to represent view of business area
- Support the development and monitoring of internal governance activities
- Data quality and integritie controls.
- Evaluate and analyse management information, monitor their performance and ensure service level agreements are honoured
- Process documentation
- Risk management and analisys at HBMX level.
- Microsoft Office advance usage.
- Knowledge of the operation of the HBMX CORE systems
- Supporting Regulatory Automations
