.**Job Details****What will you do?**:The Manager, Reports Value stream is a business leader that manages a team of data & reports analysts. This team is responsible for developing reports, trend charts and persona/role dashboards for end users. The position is responsible for understanding business Target Operating Model (TOM) and the reports that support the day-in-a-life of end users that transact in SAP S4 ERP. The Manager, Reports Value Stream collaborates with Global Business Process Owners and Global Products Process Owners to capture reports in legacy ERPs and then compares the current state to report bundles and Fiori apps that accompany the TOM. The reports value stream will identify gaps and new requirements. She/he will collaborate with the end users to develop a business case for creating a new report. The Manager, Reports Value Stream will present and defend requests for new reports in the Change Control Board. An additional responsibility is to create end user dashboards as a key artifact for all end user persona/roles. In addition, he/she will work closely with the change management team to push approved reports into training materials to ensure reports dashboards are included in end user training materials and training delivery.**How will you do it?**:- Must have a thorough understanding of program/project management concepts.- Ability to create and manage cost center budgets.- Demonstrated ability to break down strategies into actionable tactics and projects plans that will drive teams to achieve strategic outcomes for the business.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative international team environment.- Ability to work collaboratively with a global community including user, architecture, development, and support groups.- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation detailing business processes and requirements.- Thorough understanding of reports use case development, test planning, and test execution.- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communications.- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on more than one project at a time with exceptional attention to detail.- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.- Ability to perform data analysis and create reports, scorecards and dashboards- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation/training materials covering complex business processes in web-based tools.- Experience developing training material and curriculum is preferred.- Experience facilitating adoption of new system processes and capabilities.- Ability to facilitate requirement gathering workshops, working collaboratively with a cross-functional community including business, IT and functional groups.- Ability to monitor and manage project execution and report status at agreed time intervals.- Knowledge in Value Stream Mapping and Business Process Hierarchy concepts
