**Position Summary**
F5 is seeking a Manager, Revenue / Accounting to help build out F5's Revenue team and order-to-cash functions in our Guadalajara office.
The position will be responsible for hiring and mentoring a new team, including learning, onboarding and providing feedback on existing processes in the order-to-cash function, including revenue operations, order validation and credit & collection capabilities.
**Attractions of the Job**
This position with have the flexibility to build out a team to further supplement F5's order-to-cash processes.
This will involve having direct interactions with Corporate Revenue team management, and the ability to learn existing processes and provide input on process improvements to allow F5 to continue to scale our digital transformation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Hire, develop and mentor team of at least four that will be instrumental in processing transactions in the F5 order-to-cash process
- Develop and administer leading processes, while adhering to a SOX compliant policies
- Interface and communicate cross functionally with revenue team, accounting, sales operations, and more groups within F5 to ensure seamless processes
- Ability to identify transactions that could impact revenue recognition, or other accounting implications, and ability to work with accounting team on resolution as appropriate
- Facilitate team's processing and validation of orders via Oracle, SalesForce and Zuora, including having an intricate knowledge of process to step in for team in an as needed basis
- Manage team's collections efforts and act as escalation point as needed
- Support ongoing reporting responsibilities, including identification of key metrics to support the revenue team
- Evaluate, research, analyze, propose solutions, and independently drive completion of projects as assigned while keeping key stakeholders informed of progress and independently seeking guidance as needed.

- Must demonstrate proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent objectives, projects and activities while ensuring critical communication and focus on major tactical and strategic initiatives remains in place with revenue team leadership.
- Successful track record of creating efficiencies via streamlining, automating, and simplifying processes.
- Leadership experience in a high-velocity, high-growth business, which puts a premium on collaboration with cross functional leadership.
**Qualifications**:
- B.S.
degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or similar.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience required
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP, SalesForce or Zuora is a definite plus.
- Comfort working in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical.
