Amazon Marketplace Mexico is looking for a talented, passionate, and confident leader to lead New Seller Recruitment Sales and account development. You will be leading a team of high-performing Sales Reps and Account Managers, helping them identify, prioritize, and operationalize their action plans. The objective of the New Seller Recruitment Sales team is to deliver business growth and maximize revenue generation by providing Amazon services to sellers, helping them be successful on Amazon's third-party marketplace. You will analyze data, including Seller performance, to identify opportunities for Seller success. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to remove Seller friction and achieve growth opportunities.
Your superior communication, organizational, and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and fast-moving environment.
