Ideally you will have coached a team, developed them, recruited and dealt with enough performance challenges in the past to have built skills in these areas. This person will be overseeing a team of Sales Engineers in the LATAM region. We are looking for talent with a strong understanding of the security market place to be able to comprehend and become a SME of CrowdStrike's products.What You'll Do:- Lead a team of the industry's top Regional Sales Engineers for the Enterprise space-- Coach, Hire, Mentor and lead the team to meeting and/or overachieving on their metrics-- Ensure POCs and customer engagements meet the company's standards-- Easily articulate complex security problems to a diverse set of audiences-- Work closely with cross functional departments such as Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering-- Be the technical bridge for CrowdStrike prospects/customersWhat You'll Need:- 2+ years in a lead or management role with 5+ years of sales engineering or technical consulting experience in the security space.-- A Bachelors Degree relative to the industry; preferaby in Cybesecurity or Information Systems.-- Understanding SOC workflows, technology and challenges is key, alongside cloud computing, security, and technical architectures.-- Tactical and strategic planner.-- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives.-- Extensive contacts and pre-existing relationships in the information security field and strong references.-- Strong analytical and mathematical skills to model opportunities, build coverage models, work out territories and calculate commission plans.-- Ability to travel as required
