We offer a wide variety of competitive benefits, services and programs that provide our employees with the resources to pursue their goals, both at work and in their personal lives.The Sales Force Effectiveness Manager is responsible for the development, delivery, implementation reporting and monitoring of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) to achieve key business objectives across identified brands.Main ActivitiesReporting, monitoring and analysis of performance data, and sales activities to support recommendations to the sales management teams to develop and improve performance of sales teams.Develop Territory Design, Territory Alignment and Segmentation & Targeting based on sources of appropriate data (e.G. IQVIA) to deliver insights for all stakeholders across the channels being deployed to include face to face, digital, MCM, to support the optimization of stakeholder interaction.Engage with relevant internal stakeholders to include Business Unit Directors (BUD), Field Managers and Franchise Managers & Market Insights (BI) to implement an SFE program to drive the business needs and support the sales strategy.Measure the activity and results of the sales force while also aligned to the needs of relevant stakeholders (BUL, Franchise Managers, Field Managers and Teams)Implementation of upgrades of Veeva to facilitate the accounts and territory analysisResponsible of Veeva training to Field ForceCreation of dashboards that allow easy analysis and cross-referencing of information from different sources through the advanced use of software such as Tableau, Power BI and similar.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Administration, Actuary, Economics, Statistics or Engineering.Minimum 5+ years of experience in related fields of Pharmaceutical industry.Consulting experience.Excellent communication and project management skillsStrong experience in data management and analytics, including extensive knowledge on analytical tools, frameworks, and applications.Use and management of highly specialised and strategic data analysis software.Hands-on business analytical experienceSense of urgency and organisational capacityFluent in EnglishCompetencesCustomer focus.Drive for results.Nimble learning.Collaborates
