As part of this role you'll coordinate cross-functional teams and you regularly interact with RDQ and cross-functional senior management.**How you will contribute**With the goal to improve efficiency, you will use your continuous improvement skills to simplify and integrate Mondelez specification management processes across the globe. You will also maintain specifications that are appropriate and consistent with Mondelez's global productivity/strategic initiatives. In this role, you will support our business and innovation agenda and provide direction with a global perspective for the regions and categories involved in shared specifications creation and maintenance. You will have oversight for packaging- and product-related specification processes and will offer suggestions on how to improve processes by identifying and analyzing KPIs.
