ICON people have a mission to succeed and a passion that ensures what we do, we do well.Job Description SummaryThe Manager of Global Sales Operations serves as the primary manager and administrator for sales data generation and tracking, sales pipeline management, and Commercial budget management. The role aims to ensure that the sales management/operating function is efficiently managed and sales information is precisely and uniformly reported to the ICON C-suite, ILT, and CLT.This role is responsible for managing the weekly and monthly sales reporting needs across the organization and may also assist as needed with the maintenance of the ICON Business Development Incentive Compensation Plan.ResponsibilitiesManage the creation and continued enhancing of service area forecasts for Commercial and Operational leadership.Manage the completion of the weekly and quarterly sales performance by Service Area.Manage Commercial current quarter and YTD results against applicable targets.Assist with the quarterly close process, which includes the board presentation and investor call materials.Assist as needed with the management of the ICON Business Development Incentive Compensation Plan calculations.Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, energy, responsiveness, decision-making, and effectiveness.Other duties, related to this position, may be assigned.
