About The RoleThe Sales Operations team is a centralized support team responsible for sales operations and administrative activities. Your team acts as an extension of each Account Manager in eight different customer account teams. Your team engages in activities such as accounts receivable tracking, updating pricing in systems, initiating manual billing requests, and administration of customer portals.
