What we offer:**Responsibilities**:- Lead the team of electrical and mechanical engineers.- Responsible for achieving cost reduction targets for CB and WH trucks- Regular reporting and status updates for the Company and KNA management- Assure fulfillment of time-, quality-targets within agreed budget- Technical communication incl. regular team meetings- Responsible to ensure team discussion, department activity organization, technical proposals, communication, and cooperation with other Companies' teams- Set goals for the individual teams and initiate measures to achieve critical business KPI's- Ability for traveling due the setup of international projects- Building up specific technical know-how within the teamTasks and Qualifications:Qualification- 5 - 15 years of working experience, 3 - 5 years of mechanical or electrical design- Experience in Project Management- Must be able to integrate in a multi-national and multi-site R&D team and work with overseas colleagues from different countries (China, Europe)- Experience in VA/VE preferred- Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials within a MRP system (SAP preferred)- Experience in Material Handling Equipment, Automotive industry or Mobile Equipment preferred- Must have the skills to analyze problems, inspire the team, push innovation- Proficient English language skills are neededEducation- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering- Supervisor Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of engineers assigned to the department.- Resource allocation, interviewing and hiring
