This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.The Manager of ServiceNow Development, Administration, and Support oversees a global team of developers responsible for configuration and development activities within the ServiceNow platform at Baxter, including the IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.This is a hands-on role that will also be involved in development, support and administration activities as required.**Primary Responsibilities and Activities**- Provides technical and team leadership and guidance to a global team of ServiceNow developers, responsible for the following:- Configure and develop the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements. Partner with the ServiceNow Application Architect and business analysts to transform ServiceNow business requirements into a viable solution.- Configure Service Catalog items and associated workflows based on business requirementsAdminister and maintain the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance including but not limited to monitoring, upgrades, and access- Respond to customer issues and requests related to ServiceNow. Troubleshoot reported issues to determine a viable solution. Provides on-call support out of hours as when required. Escalates to the vendor when needed.- Prepare and execute test cases (unit and system testing)- Promotion of update sets between environments- Assigns stories to ServiceNow developers and ensures that stories are completed on time and with a high level of quality- Leads daily Agile scrum meetings to review release progress.
