Description Lead the software testing team to ensure all software products meet the highest quality standards. Develop and implement comprehensive software test strategies and plans. Collaborate with the software development team to identify and resolve any software issues. Ensure software tests are conducted in accordance with industry best practices. Monitor and report on software testing progress and results. Identify and manage risks related to software testing. Provide mentorship and guidance to the software testing team. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies in the life science industry. Profile A successful Manager Software Test Engineer should have:
15+ years of experience in IT. 8+ years of experience in software testing. 3+ years specifically as a manager. Strong background in testing. Advanced English proficiency. Strong understanding of API testing. Experience with Java or Python. Understanding of performance testing, cloud testing, and other testing types.
