**Play your part in our team success**:The Tax Operations & Compliance Manager Specialist - Planet Taxes directly supports the LEGO Group drive and improve tax compliance processes and maintain the status of the world's most reputable company.
**Core Responsibilities**- Manage the global portfolio of Planet Taxes, inclusive of Extended Producer Responsibilities (EPR) and other global requirements supporting environmental and waste reporting and taxation.
Collaborate and contribute to standard tax processes, tax control framework, and drive supporting key performance indicators.- Collaborate with other LEGO Tax functions such as Global Strategic Tax & Customs (GST&C) and Regional Tax Ops Teams, with timely insight and tax compliance support.- Lead audit requests and resolve audit queries with PROs (Producer Responsibility Organization) with GSTC guidance.- Manage overall portfolio of compliance obligations inclusive of Blackline data, review procedures, Total Tax Contribution reporting, automation opportunities and portfolio of robots.- Own the day-to-day relationship management of EPR third party service provider inclusive of performance meetings, data validity controls, and incident root cause analysis.
**Do you have what it takes?
**- _ 5+ years experience of relevant tax experience.
Must have tax technical background, i.E.
tax from other in-house role and/or Big4._- _ Experience in implementing internal controls related to tax processes.
