.Manager Sports Marketing Players & Scouting- Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:- Plan, build, and manage the Attack Plan, delivering a strong Sports Marketing Football Portfolio portfolio, supporting brand and category objectives.
Provide full support to symbols and markets in SPOMA services, negotiations and projects.
Must be proactive, being able to work in a fast pace environment, manage teams and be able to deal with pressure under negotiations x objectives.- Ensure positive development of adidas brand image in the country, developing and driving a strategy with a sustainable and profitable business plan (ROI) that supports brand priorities.- Key Responsibilities:- Create the country Players & Scouting plan in alignment with the Global & LAM Sports Marketing strategy (all categories along with SPOMA, Brand and football BU), including activation and rights to deliver the brands KPI´s- Execute the local Attack Plan strategy in alignment with the Global & LAM players teams.- Lead a powerful relationship level with agents, receiving new opportunities in advance towards other competitors, coordinating the Sports Marketing Specialist moves during the daily basis routine to secure a high quality, profitable and activatable sports marketing asset portfolio- Owns manage, and allocate the Players & Scouting marketing working budget- Develop controlling ordering and delivering processes, in compliance with Football BU goals, proper inventory management and servicing assets according to different BU seeding and communication strategies to guarantee an excel execution of assets service level, shootings and footages needs- Execute the Players & Scouting strategy in the country securing credibility on and off pitch according to the football BU strategy.- Drive an always-on activation mindset and service-based sports marketing culture and capability- Lead a portfolio management according to Global BU and SpoMa Marketing, financial, legal and compliance guidelines to secure a high quality, profitable and activatable sports marketing asset portfolio- Drive and establish a high-performance culture to drive employee engagement.
Lead by example- Drive an ongoing asset activation culture, continuous communication and cooperation between Brand & Sports Marketing to maximize ROI and visibility of our brand, products and assets according to the brand´s communication and activation strategy/KPI´s- Own the Football Players MWB to guarantee a proper investment in compliance with the Attack Plan- Key Relationships:- BU Football (country / region)- Players and Scouting functional teams (regional / global)- External stakeholders: managers, clubs and agencies- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:- Specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems
