With more than one million cloud networking ports being deployed worldwide, Arista delivers a portfolio of 1/10/40/100/400GbE products that redefine network architectures, bring extensibility to networking, and dramatically change the price/performance of data center networks.**Job Description**:Arista is looking for highly motivated Supply Chain manager to join our Manufacturing team.The Manager/Sr. Manager, Supply Chain will be a key business partner working across the organization to ensure that Arista has materials needed for building products. The Group Manager will work closely with Planning, customer focus program management, Global Supplier Management, Logistics, Product Engineering, & New product introduction (NPI) material management. We expect this role to have a voice in the evolution of Arista's Supply Chain as we grow and meet new business challenges. This role will report to Director, Manufacturing.- Provide strategic Procurement leadership for ensuring supply for a team of procurement professionals.- Innovate and drive activities to ensure that purchased materials support quality, cost, inventory and service level requirements.- Demonstrate well-rounded business acumen; the ability to develop and motivate people.- Supply Chain manager is expected to occasionally roll up his/her sleeves and help with tactical work to meet critical deadlines.- Identify and evaluate critical positions within the Supply Chain team and establish strategies to develop a strong talent pool.Key goals of Supply Chain team include:*- Ensure production supply is meeting revenue/demand goals- Develop CM controlled component strategy & ensure CM controlled component cost are competitive while achieving quality and delivery goals.- Establish and drive metrics and enable tools, systems, and processes towards operational efficiency and rapid growth of Arista.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree, preferably in supply chain, business, economics, finance or a related field.- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in demand and supply planning, manufacturing execution, cost management, vendor management with proven results at the managerial level- Global supplier management experience are a plus- Demonstrated success in leading global teams with different cultures- Ability to motivate, influence and be a change agent- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills- Able to operate with a high sense of urgency over a sustained period of time and juggle multiple projects in a ambiguous fast paced environment- Travel ~10% a yearAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
