**Essential Functions and Tasks**:- Develop powerful recruiting and employer branding strategies to attract the right talent- Champion global recruiting initiatives and lead change efforts to ensure harmonized implementation of strategies, standards and processes across all areas of support.- Identify and drive innovation and best practice within the region- Partner with Universities to create strong relationship- Guarantee end to end external recruitment process is properly executed- Drive team development through appropriate coaching and managerial processes- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations**Knowledge and Expertise**:- 6-7 years of relevant professional experience, which may include TA, HR, Recruiting, or prior functional applicable experience, among others- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition across multi functional areas- Systems, tools and process innovator with project management experience- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, with experience with sourcing techniques- Change management projects- HR Processes: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Assesment (9Box), Development Plans, Succesion Planning- 3 years experience supervising individuals with task completion and work load distribution- Team leadership including, coaching, development and performance**Competencies**:- Self-driven- Manage ambiguous situations- Teamwork- Agile and adaptable- Proactive- Process oriented- Result driven- Effective Communication- Customer Focused**Skills**:- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time- Organized- Work under pressure- Priorization- Problem solving- Analytics- Bilingual**Experience**:- Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management- Work in a fast pace organization- HR Strategy implementation**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related- Master will be desirable
