Description The Technology Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs to enhance the technical skills and competencies of our employees.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a proven track record in learning and development.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a technology learning and development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Assess the current technical skills of employees and identify gaps and training needs.Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules on various technology topics.Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.Utilize a variety of instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technology and incorporate them into training programs.Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate record-keeping of all training activities.Lead and mentor a team of trainers and instructional designers.Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for specialized training programs as needed.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on technology training.Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the impact of training programs.Familiarity with tech learning platforms such as UdemyLocation:IND Hyderabad Raidurg Village B7 South Tower, Serilingampally Mandal Divya Sree OrionLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Full time
